“I left a review on Square for this, but i have to say that this business is wonderful. I went in to see if they had hatch green chillies and they did. They were so kind in offering me if I wanted to purchase a bushel or a couple bags. Mike and LeighAnn are wonderful people and they deserve more support for their business. It's gratifying to know that there are local people who care about the community, and not only are their chillies amazing, but their fresh produce, cherries, corn and peaches are worth going out of your way. I ended up getting a bushel and a bag of hot roasted peppers, and I will be back. If you like fresh produce and getting quality ingredients, support local business.”

“My husband and I have driven by the beautiful displays Scofield Fruits has on West Eisenhower in Loveland, CO. This is actually the first time we have ever stopped. We were able to walk around and look at everything and talk about what we were shopping for between ourselves. No one interrupted us or tried to upsell us, BUT as soon was we looked like we had made a decision, there was a friendly face that was there to help us complete our purchase. “I’ve often longed for good pie cherries, and they are hard to find and the canned cherries are expensive. I discovered Schofield Fruits a couple years ago. It’s well worth the drive to Loveland to pick up pie cherries (already pitted!) in 8 lb buckets. They are great quality. I use them to make jam, and like to freeze batches for pies. The other fruits and vegetables (like Rocky Ford cantaloupe) are really good, too. The folks there are super nice, which makes the experience even better.”

“2026 was a challenging year for cherries, but Mike and Leighann went to extraordinary efforts to satisfy their customers' needs. The "frozen" balaton cherries were actually easier to work with. Here is a pic of the infusions in process first day after pickup:”

“The ordering process and the communication was easy. However, I ordered 35 lb of fresh tart cherries and I trusted it to the point that I didn’t open the buckets until I started making the jam. And I realized unfortunately all of the cherries were frozen. Although it was advertised “fresh” but it was 100% frozen cherries. And should be mentioned, I picked them up on the first day and first hours. So sad that they lied. Could’ve just said it is frozen. So if you’re ok to get frozen cherries instead of fresh ones, great, go for it. Even It’s obvious from the photo that they were frozen.”
