Sharky's Orchard

“A small neighborhood orchard offering an amazing selection of apples as well as other goods such as jams. The Carmel apples are the best in the entire country! Sharkey and his wife takes special care making them. I love them covered in the Virginia peanuts. A fall treat I will miss after moving away. Zestar is likely my favorite although honeycrisp is a close second. Luckily the estate come early and the honeycrisp later so my 2 favs are available most of the apple season. Pick your own is fun for a fun family time but I often just swing in and pick up a bag. Sharky is a character and fun to strike up a conversation with. :)”

“Our family wanted to go apple picking today and I had this place saved n our want to go list. Wow, I had no idea that all of these varieties of apples existed. A friendly couple greeted us and gave us samples of any apples we wanted to try. We met Sharky himself and he took us out to the orchard. We picked 16lbs of apples in what seemed like only 10 minutes! We got some caramel apples when we got back and they were fantastic. Cool that they have a map of where people come from all over WI, the USA and the world to get apples here. I highly recommend this place and we will be back for apples again!”

“Great place for families! Beautiful orchard, neat, well organized to pick your own apples, caramel apples made while you are there. Friendly service staff, owners, as well as adult children are available to help you. Samples for tasting are cut so you know what apples you are buying I highly recommend you visit this orchard.”

“This is such a fun orchard, I am so glad I made the stop. I went with the already picked option, a bag of Zestars; absolutely delicious. I also picked up a container of raw honey and a couple of their Peanut Covered Carmel Apples.. oh my goodness; just fantastic. Will definitely be coming back again!”

“It's become an annual tradition to visit. The owner always has helpful advice and information. Even as an adult I always learn something new. The Apples themselves are miles better than the grocery store and about the same price per pound”
