“All around an a-maze-ing experience! Definitely worth the price of admission. From start to finish it was an enjoyable time doing the Christmas lights maze. Be sure to dress warmly! They are open until 10pm which is convenient and we went on a Friday evening. There is plenty of parking and there are lights at parking spots and along a walkway to the entrance. We paid $12/adult for general admission which includes the maze, meeting Santa, the Zipline, etc. and you can pay extra for the hay ride, ax throwing, bull riding, and other activities. They also have food trucks and hot chocolate for purchase with a seating area. The maze was very fun even going as adults. The lights are well done and super pretty, and the maze is fairly challenging. There are workers throughout the maze and up above if you need help to get out. After we finished the maze, we walked around and enjoyed all the other decorations and lights and watched the other activities. It's chilly in there evenings so be sure to wear a good jacket and hat and gloves so you can fully enjoy the time spent here! There are porta potty bathrooms.”

“Shindig Farms What a gem of a spot! For a smaller venue, Shindig Farms really delivers on fun. The slides, bull riding, and maze were a blast—and my kids loved the little attractions just as much. It brought us back to the old days where kids didn’t need much more than a few simple games and open space to laugh, run, and have the time of their lives. We visited with a group from Agents With a Smile, a Keller Williams Meridian team run by Barb Dopp, and it was such a great experience. The drive was easy—only 20–25 minutes out—and well worth it to breathe fresh air, watch the sunset, and take in the beautiful scenery with the Owyhee Mountains in the backdrop. The vendors were friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and we especially appreciated the non-pretentious, down-to-earth vibe. Shindig Farms is the kind of place that reminds you how simple joys can create the best memories. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Animal days: a great time for all ages. Animals had all their babies which was fun to see as well”

“I love bringing my kids here and enjoying the different events and amenities they have, yet im not a fan of the backyard dog breeders being allowed to sell their dogs at the animal days. The dachshunds were food aggressive and nipped at multiple kids while i was in there, the owner just said to stay away while the dog is eating (maybe dont bring a possible food aggressive dog while there hundreds of kids around. The animal days event could definitely have some better oversight.”

“Very fun and festive (went for Lost in Christmas) but a little muddy. The hay might maze was incredible. 4 food trucks, cocoa, and horse drawn 'sleigh' rides.”

“Fun Mexican street dance. We missed the music getting there around 10 but the food and vendors were all still out and the sunset was perfect! If you have Littles it seemed to be a fun spot to let them get energy out and try out the few small entertainment rides”

“My wife and I, along with a few friends, decided to attend Animal Days this year, and unfortunately our expectations were a bit higher when it came to the animals’ care during the event. Some of the animals appeared too warm despite the available shade, and the puppies being sold seemed too young to be out for such long periods of time. The trout pond situation was especially concerning and felt inexcusable. We understand events like this can be difficult to manage, and we truly hope improvements are made in the future to better prioritize the animals’ wellbeing.”
