Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in South Carolina.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“A decent sized blueberry farm. It may not be huge, but the quality of these berries are outstanding. The owner boasts 14 different varieties and all organically grown. We drove from downtown and felt that it was worth the drive. We picked an entire bucked in under an hour and the trees were loaded with blueberries with lot of new growth. so I would think there would be an whole summers worth of picking. I am not sure if this farm gets a ton of traffic yet, but I would be surprised is this hidden gem stays hidden for long. So def come out and help this place grow.”

“This is my very first time to see a blueberry bush, and most of all, harvest from them! This experience healed my inner child, and how Miss Sharon accommodated us added so much warmth to my experience. She was so kind to give us information about blueberries. She also makes pastries and jams from scratch. She also sells flowers that she planted, picked and arranged herself. Go and visit them! You’ll never regret it!”

“Amazing! Spent an early Saturday morning picking berries - the bushes are loaded and the picking is easy. Highly recommend stopping by, picking your own, or let Sharon pick them for you. Sharon shared some great insights into the care and freezing of our 2 gallons of berries. We will definitely be back before the season is over.”

“This place is incredible!! Perfect for a family afternoon. They have over 14 types of blueberries. They encourage you to eat while you pick. And it’s only $25 for a bucket full! Very beautiful place to pick. Plenty of shade spots, if needed.”
