Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Florida.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Payment notes on file: Mastercard. Cash still helps at smaller stands.

“We enjoyed our visit to Stanley Pond Adventure Farm! Sunflower Bob gave us a tour, showed us the varieties of sunflowers, and shared his love of the family farm! We enjoyed fishing at the ponds and caught a couple of bass. We saw the cranes, Stanley & Nancy. The sunflowers were fun to pick and tough to decide which ones as they are all beautiful. We also enjoyed hearing about his family and his grandaughter's entrepenaur endeavors! The pears she made...so delicious! I can't say enough about how nice an afternoon we had there as a family! Thank you Sunflower Bob!”

“This is a hidden gem in central Florida. Perfect place for a date or even to go with your family. The $15 entry fee includes a complimentary vase, and scissors to create your own bouquet of flowers, as well as access to the splash pad, arcade area, bounce pad, gigantic slide, among other things. The host was very attentive and informative, including teaching us how to plant the flowers ourselves. And he even offered us complimentary popcorn and ready to plant sunflower seeds at the end of our visit.”

“Took my girls on a Sunday recently and they absolutely enjoyed picking the assortment beautiful sunflowers they made into pretty bouquets. They loved all the kids activities as well around the farm especially the jumpy pillow and the tricycles. The owner was super nice and welcoming and you can tell how much he puts his heart and hard work into keeping his farm beautiful and running smoothly. The gift shop was super adorable as well.”

“We found this place online and stopped by. They were so friendly and fun for an outside farm that the kids loved it. We are planning to have a group outing next time so that tells you everything. The areas were clean and music played which added to it. Huge bounce area, slide, tricycle races and big water pad to cool down with. Oh air-conditioned bathrooms are the cherry on top. Thanks, look forward to coming back.”

But the best thing was hearing how you run this family entertainment venue to promote family fun and family values! A most beautiful thing. Al, Lily and I greatly appreciated your generous hospitality today. We are also enjoying our stunning bouquets. Many thanks and we’ll be back!”
