Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Indiana.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“Family and I wanted a more "authentic" and less commercial pumpkin patch experience this year. Boy oh boy did we come across a gem!!! The owner and his son were absolutely wonderful. Kind, helpful, friendly, and generous. We worked our way through the awesome corn maze challenge, and pulled wagons through the rows of pumpkins to find just the right ones. They washed, dried, and weighed our pumpkins for us. We ended up leaving with 6 large orange pumpkins, 2 white pumpkins, 4 small pumpkins, and 4 adult corn maze passes, and it cost less than $50. Where else can you spend 2 to 3 hours with 4 people and leave with awesome stuffs, and still have money in your wallet when you leave? I highly recommend this pumpkin patch to anyone wanting a truly authentic experience that is well worth your time and money. (They also have pedal cars on a track for kids, corn hole, and a fire pit surrounded by chairs. You can purchase smores kits priced very low, and they offer drinks and FREE popcorn for your visit. They also sell local art and handmade soaps.)”

“This place is perfect for any family wanting to pick pumpkins without such a commercialized feel. The owners are an incredibly kind bunch who have done their best to make the pumpkin-picking experience one full of coziness and happiness. It is refreshing to come to this place for some family fun in the corn maze. The general atmosphere is wonderful, and the pumpkins are as well; they have carts you can use to carry your pumpkins, they are relatively cheap, and the pumpkins always seem in good health. This is a great place I'd recommend to anyone. It's definitely a treasure!”

“Best pumpkin patch around. A hidden gem. It is family owned and operated. They are all extremely nice, helpful, and welcoming. Not overly commercialized and very reasonably priced. In addition to having an awesome corn maze and a few neat little activities for kids, the pumpkins are huge and they have the best popcorn and apple cider around.”
