Stoddard Orchards

“I've known the Stoddard family for years, so I may be a little biased—but that's also why I know how much love and hard work goes into this orchard. Every season they pour their hearts into making it a place where people can come together, slow down, and enjoy one of the best parts of Montana. Every time I visit, I make a point to spend a few hours walking the orchard, picking cherries, and catching up with family and friends. It's one of those places that reminds you to put your phone away, enjoy the fresh air, and appreciate the simple things. The cherries are incredible, but it's really the experience and the people that make it special. If you're visiting Bigfork, Flathead Lake, or Glacier National Park, do yourself a favor and stop by. Better yet, book the cottage and make it your home base for a few days. Spend one day picking cherries, another on the lake, and another exploring Glacier. It's hard to imagine a better way to experience Montana. I'm proud of what the Stoddard family has built, and I'm always happy to send friends and family their way.”

“What a wonderful experience! This was an amazing U-Pick orchard. The owner was so kind and polite! She gave us great tips about the different ways to pick cherries and what part of her orchard to go to depending on what variety you wanted and set us up with our buckets to be able to pick hands-free!The cherries are super sweet and juicy! Being from Nebraska, we couldn’t have picked a better place to have such an amazing experience! We will definitely be going back when we head back to Montana!”
