Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Indiana.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“We had a great time with our extended family on Saturday. The weather was beautiful and there was a lot of open space and activities for everyone. The farm is divided into 2 main areas. One is free and the other requires a wristband. Wristbands are $15 each if bought on site and $1-2 cheaper if bought on line (our daughter knew about this option). They also have 2 different parking areas. One by the event center (the paid area), and one near the store. We arrived about 3 pm and the majority of each parking areas was full, but we found a spot without waiting, just had a longer walk. We opted to pick our own apples, but many of the trees were bear, with a lot of the fruit on the ground. The signage shows which apples are currently in season. I found some that tasted really good. We enjoyed walking through the orchard and found a nice area setup for family photos. We also tried the homemade donuts, which were really good. Most people were buying them by the dozen! The hot and cold cider is also very good. Other activities include many areas for photos, slides, pig races (they have some creative pig names), and more. P.S. The restrooms were much nicer than anticipated! I hope this helps you better plan your trip and that you have fun. Checkout the photos for more information.”

“We went to stuckey farm for their Christmas brunch and wow...just wow. We weren't expecting anything other than a mediocre brunch and a picture with Santa, but they blew us away. For 25 bucks a person, you get an all you can eat buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, sugared apples/blueberries, apple cider donuts and tea, coffee or hot cider. Then, you get to build your own cute little snowman (see picture). Then, you get an open sleigh ride to an enclosed train ride that goes around the orchard and narrates a christmas story about Santa and stuckey farm. Then you get to take pictures with a very jolly Santa clause. One of the most cost effective and genuinely fun christmas activities we've ever done. Hands down. I HIGHLY recommend this outing. Kids and adults loved it. Great job stuckey farm!”

“A perfect close to apple season 🍎🌞 Came for the view, country air, and apple!! I left with a heart full of sunshine and laughter. The weather was glorious, and though it’s the last day of the season with fewer apples to pick (thanks to Indiana’s wild weather), the experience was everything I hoped for. The donuts? Flavor-packed and unforgettable. The cider? Crisp, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweet. The pig races? Absolutely hilarious, pure joy in SLOW motion. It was a short trip, but a soul-filling one. Nature, sunshine, and seasonal charm all wrapped into one final fall hurrah. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a playful escape with delicious rewards.”

“Looking for something family friendly that let's your children get fresh air, exercise and great memories, then Stuckey Farm is what you're looking for. Things to do: Apple picking, sunflower picking, wagon rides, train rides, huge activity area for kids 2 - 16. Things to eat: warm donuts, cider slushies, fresh apples you just picked from the tree and a host of other fresh produce and goodies inside the market. We saw a pumpkin patch and look forward to going back when they are ready! It's a beautiful drive in the country and parking is plentiful (wear your walking shoes), so give it a try. It will be a memorable outing, so don't forget your camera!”

“Went for the Sunflower Festival. Great orchard, great staff, great food, AND great fun. Seriously though, nice orchard to stroll through, a large variety of fruiting trees, and while the train wasn't operating they had a tractor pull duel sections with seats with plenty of room. Flowers were awesome, and the experience was one to be had at least one.”

The employees are extremely helpful, and friendly. Don’t forget to try their apple cider donuts, and slushes. Perfect day.”
