“I had the pleasure of visiting Blue Stem for the first time last night with my wife and a friend who was in town. Our experience was truly remarkable. The ambiance of the establishment is inviting and cozy, creating a warm and quaint environment. The owners were exceptionally friendly, engaging in delightful conversations with us and other guests between serving customers. As a connoisseur of dry red wines, I was particularly impressed with their house-made Cabernet, which was exquisite. Additionally, I had a glass of their Pinot Grigio, which was equally delightful. We also decided to try the charcuterie board, and it was a fantastic treat! The board was full of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, olives, and a great garlic oil dip for the bread. I am looking forward to returning for a date night with my wife. I highly recommend visiting Blue Stem for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.”

“I popped to have a glass on wine on a warm day and was met with an afternoon of relaxation! The staff are so friendly and personable. Want to sit and have quiet time? They’ll leave you to it! Want to engage in friendly conversation about the wines and other offerings? They’re ready for that too! While the wine was absolutely delicious, I HAVE to mention the non alcoholic options. They have a full offering of Seedlip botanicals so that everyone, sober or not, feels welcome to enjoy their space! I will be back again and again to spend time with loved ones and relax on my own. P.S. the Malbec is to die for!”

“I have stopped here multiple times with many friends for things like Book Club 📚 or just to catch up and it’s such an amazing space! The staff is incredibly friendly and super passionate about what they do and it truly is a cozy spot in Cheyenne! Really really love that this is also so close to downtown and walkable to many other places!”

“What a fun place! Great wine, great prices, friendly atmosphere! Charcuterie was delish but obsessed with their red wines! Thank you blue stem for being open during hours people actually want to go out! Very accommodating, impressed!”

“What an amazing little space! Wonderful bites, the wine is fantastic, and the staff are so kind. Very quiet atmosphere, fantastic knowledge by the staff, and the local connections for meat and bread make this a must stop! 10000/10!”

“Really cute place. This place has great priced wine options(also delicious).Great spot to hang out and drink wine with friends. The charcuterie board is worth the money! Also very friendly!”

“If you love wine you have to check this out! It's a very comfortable atmosphere and Brandon and Virginia are wonderful. Plus the wine they make is amazing!!! I just wish we lived closer.”

“Beautiful place. Love the home town feel and the great folks. Owners make you feel welcome and appreciated.”
