Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Michigan.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

What visitors say

“We picked today 7/14 with great success! 10 pickers and we got about 8.5 lbs of berries in just over an hour. Back of the patch has some blessed shade when you need a break from the sun. The woman greeted us at the porch with pails and sent us on our way to find the good spots! It’s not all that big but plenty of great berries for picking and some spots we found we liked best 🙂 cost ($6/lb this week) reflects organic fields but the flavor is worth it! I’d recommend bringing your own paper bags or coolers to transport your berries home in. I highly recommend stopping in for the quick berry season. No amenities on site like some other farms so bring your own water and snacks if you think you’ll need em. Space between bushes is wide enough for strollers or wagons. I found all the info we needed ahead of time on their Facebook page.”

“Super cute picking patch!! 7$ for the pound and they’re soo good and so big! Definitely worth the stop!!!”

“It's really big. It goes on forever. 10 out of 5 stars!”
