“Excellent customer service! I ordered 5 Saskatoon berry plants and a few days after placing the order I decided to buy 3 Honeyberry plants. They sent me an email saying they would combine the shipping to save cost and give me 1 free plant! Not only that but one of the Honeyberry plants was a plug from another grower which failed to grow. I informed them, and they immediately replaced it with another one with a couple leaves at the top. All the other plants arrived on time and were in excellent condition. For plugs of any kind I advise to put them in a pot and harden them off a couple weeks in a protected location before planting in the ground. Kudos! Fantastic attention to detail and customer service!”
