“One of Franklin’s hidden gems! The views of the iconic Natchez Trace Bridge are unmatched and the property is absolutely gorgeous! Their pumpkin patch in the fall is perfection and they regularly host songwriters rounds, group tours, and other fun events. Whether you’re in town for the weekend or local, this place has something for everyone. If you haven’t visited yet you’re missing out!”
“Absolutely adore this place. Their ranch rounds under the stars was the best way to celebrate a birthday! The view of the Natchez trace bridge is incredible, and all the animals on the ranch made the visit so sweet. 10/10 my friends and I will be coming back to another Nashville styled ranch round singer/songwriter night!!”

“DO NOT GO FOR THE TOUR Per the website: "Join us for a hands on experience at Trace View Ranch! Tours are fun, educational, and perfect for the whole family. Get up close with our animals including our horses, goats, chickens, barn cats, and mini donkey. You will see our boutique barn, pastures, goat house, chicken coop, and take a scenic stroll of the ranch." There is no tour. $20 per person to walk up a stone driveway to a barn with two horses, one donkey and some chickens all in stalls that you cannot enter and a cat laying on a ledge. Literally the only thing you can do is hold the baby goats. The scenic stroll of the ranch is nothing but a walk up a driveway and back. You could pull over on the highway and see everything you saw on the scenic stroll without leaving your car. There are no tour guides. The person in the barn wasn't even able to answer most of our questions. Complete waste of $80. Would like our money back. ”
