Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Florida.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“Quick 30 minute drive from Loxahatchee on the Beeline. Great way to spend a few hours with the kids to show them how food is grown and how to pick. A real treasure to pick your own ripe veggies that actually have taste and way better than the overpriced stuff in the local grocery stores that claim ripeness. Beans, tomatoes, eggplant and probably 10 different kinds of peppers including hot ones. Bring a 5 gallon bucket and put whatever you want in it for a great price of only 12 bucks. They also have kohlrabi broccoli cauliflower and greens like chars and kale. You can’t beat this place and a great way to decompress.”

“My family adores u pick. There vegetables are directly from the fields behind the stand and the quality is top notch. The staff is extremely friendly and seem to really care about the customer. My mother and I visited recently for some okra and tomatoes. During our visit they provided great service and because we picked ourselves we received a discounted price vs purchasing from the stand itself which really gives the farm to table feel that the supermarket is missing.”

“The tomatoes and vegetables available here are a great asset to the area. Your ability to pick your own tomatoes and a large field of plants is great. The only downside is that they're closed during the summer months. When they are open, this is the only place I'll go to get fresh tomatoes. I do wish they would get an answering service for their telephone so they let people know that they are open or closed for the season.”

“We love this place, come here 2 or 3 times every year and load up on fresh vegetables. Their peppers, tomatoes, and cabbage are the best. The staff are helpful, and don't mind answering questions from us "city folk". Well worth the drive.”

“Not just tomatoes! Great produce, people really helpful there too! Picked a 5 gallon bucket full of fresh produce for $12! They have stuff inside as well if you can't pick your own or just don't feel like it!”

“The place is called 710 UPick, and they have more than just tomatoes. Today we enjoyed picking eggplant, tomato, pepper (several varieties) and greens. Good prices, and a fun family activity.”

“So cute and homey Veggies are so clean and fresh. You get 10x then a supermarket for the price. Will be back in March to pick with my grandbabies”

“Great place to grab some produce and great people too.”
