“Underhill was the perfect location for our annual friends and family camping trip! We had a group of 15 with folks ages 10 to 55. The location is perfect just 5-10 min from swimming holes and 20mim to beautiful Ithaca area and falls. Some friends brought their own camper or tents and others stayed in the yurt. We stayed in the tiny house which had more than I expected! Camping in luxury with electricity, shower and toilet but utensils and pans. All we had to do was bring food! The beds were comfortable and the house stayed cool! The pond was our home base with picnic tables and longe chairs. It was filled with trout which we caught many…we even caught the enormous carp! The kids loved picking blueberries and petting the sheep. We literally didn’t leave the property one day, it’s so peaceful ! Highly recommend and will definitely return!”

“We went blueberry picking here. They have an adorable, help yourself, bring your own bucket, weigh your own berries, honor based system for picking blueberries. The picking area was not crowded, was beautiful, very clean, and had a plentiful amount of berries. The price was very affordable!! We had a wonderful time and even our toddler was able to successfully pick many ripe and delicious berries. Our teenager claims that she doesn't like blueberries, but she does LOVE these ones. I feel the same! There is something special about these fresh blueberries. Totally worth it. Highly recommend.”

“"Beautiful family oriented camping area" The area is still a work in progress, but the attention provided by the owners is really nice. We are still camping here and got a few wonderful pictures to prove how nice it is. Please read carefully and be aware of the areas we camped by the little pond because we wanted a nature experience without amenities. Yes, I recommend this site for real pampers.”

“Stayed here for the weekend as an airbnb guest. The host was soo communicative and made great recommendations for where to explore and eat. The farm is clean, spacious and beautiful. Roosters nearby, pond in the background w boats to use, sheeps walking around and quiet picturesque nature.”

“One of the most beautiful places I've camped at in years! The family who owns the property is the absolute sweetest, and their children are a complete joy to be around! Would highly recommend for those interested in a beautiful R&R vacation!”

“I had a relaxing and great time in the farm. Was greeted very warmly by Rick and invited us to a puppet show for the kids! Place well kept enjoy fishing at the pond!”

“We and the grandchildren rented the Tiny house and the tent area for my family! We had a quiet relaxing time , Enjoy the fishing at the pond! Thanks Rick!”
