They will walk an unexperienced chile enthusiast through the process from plant to roast, and get to know you and your likings. 6 bushels this year and not a single issue. They provide a quality chile and their staff is phenomenal. Great job guys!!! DONT GO ANY WHERE ELSE!!!!”

“Drove from cañon city this morning to get 2 bushels. They are roasted perfectly and the addition of garlic while roasting is amazing. We got one bushel medium with fantastic flavor and 1 bushel hot for my husband. We even got a free watermelon with purchase. Highly recommend.”

“I got 2 “bushels” of “Pueblo Chili” and I have yet to try because I literally just bought it. I’m from Denver area CO and was in Pueblo so decided to stop since it’s hatch chili season. (If you’re a green chili lover I would think you know that) anyways , They were kinda rude. I asked about “hatch chili” because that’s commonly what it’s called in Denver and they rudely corrected and said “it’s not called hatch it’s called Pueblo chili” and then I asked how much per basket and she quickly said “it’s called Bushels” YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN! Why get all technical? Unnecessary and annoying. We’ll see how it taste and if it’s any good when we make green chili.”

“Very disappointed. The chilies weren't roasted long enough. The skins stuck like glue. Lots of pepper meat came off when I tried to remove the skins. The peppers were already bagged so you couldn't look at them or watch the roasting. Less weight then other bushels I have purchased. They said they were trying to get ahead so they could get lunch. Don't waste your money. I'll go back to the farm stands in Pueblo Cheaper and better”
