“Daughter and I are on a 30th birthday trip (her, not me😂). She has researched this trip like a beast and vivac winery made the list. Yay! I love wine! We pull in and already we're falling in love with the location. It's set in the foothills and gorgeous! There's an outdoor seating area which we immediately gravitate to and oooo and ahhh over. Inside the winery we're greeted by a lovely and friendly winetender. She (wish I could remember her name-I blame the wine) offers us a flight explaining that it is 1 and 1/2 glasses total. Ok! We're in! I push my card of wine choices back and ask her to select. Daughter is more confident and does her own selection. While setting up our flights, daughter goes to the on site market and selects goat cheese, crackers and salami for an impromptu charcuterie board. We take everything outside to the seating area. It's so pretty and so serene. Our flights are very good! We both are red wine aficionados and my flight is spot on! So is daughters! Our day is almost done and so as we take our glasses, etc., back inside, weaa thank her for a lovely and gracious time. This is the spot you don't want to miss when you're in New Mexico. Supreme wine (ok, I only tasted red), excellent food choices and a view to behold as glorious. This little cloud in Heaven makes Jesus happy he turns water into wine.”

“What a wonderful treat to have such a great winery so close to home! We love coming to Vivác and the location is perfect! The staff (especially the Sunday staff) is always so friendly and nice to be around! The wines are really decent and totally budget friendly! You can bring a picnic and sit on the patio or out among the vines. The patio is beautifully covered in lights and vines. I highly recommend giving Vivác a visit! Today I even tried the Black ant 🐜 & mezcal truffle! 🥰 such a beautiful little gem in the the canyon!”

“Vivac is a fun stop for the port wine. I did enjoy the staff that took care of us. The place is nice with indoor and outdoor areas to do a wine tasting. We purchased a wine tasting and took home the Amante port wine. They had a chocolate display where I had the dark chocolate soccer ball ganache. I loved the themed chocolate for the World Cup taking place right now lol I also purchased a wine bottle lip balm. I thought it was pretty and needed lip balm so it was perfect! It’s inside the wine glass for display.”

“One of the best wineries away from Napa that we have been to. They have great selections of wine. Plus the bonus is that you get to enjoy it with such an amazing scenery. Would highly recommend a visit. We love Napa and old world wines and they are a very unique take on both of those perspectives with a local unique take of their own. Had a great tasting experience.”

“We discovered this winery on our annual trip to Red River. It's now our favorite wine and we are club members. Can't get enough. All great wine. The rosé wines are the best I've had. Highly recommend visiting the tasting room in Dixon.”

“Stopped in on our road trip to Taos. So glad we did! Christine was a fantastic host. We did a flight of 4 different wines. All were excellent! Drop in!”

“What a beautiful setting tucked between cliffs and hills very picturesque. Very interesting tasting at one of the oldest wineries in the United States that’s at 6,000 ft. These folks are working very hard to produce wine at this elevation, we tasted everything our favorites were the Riesling, Malbec and the rosé. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit. The staff is very friendly they have indoor and outdoor seating.”

“Is a very cute and gorgeous winery. I did a tasting of 4 various Bold and semi sweet blends unfortunately; there was only one I liked so their wine needs some improvement but the atmosphere and place is incredibly nice”
