Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Georgia.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our kindergarten class had such a wonderful time at Wargo’s Pumpkin Patch for our school field trip! 🌽🎃 Everything was so well organized, and our guide Mr. Noah was absolutely fantastic—kind, patient, and so great with the kids. The students loved every part of the day — feeding the animals, exploring the corn maze, going on the hay ride, playing putt putt, visiting the fire truck and ambulance, learning from the Farm Bureau, and picking pumpkins in the patch! We enjoyed our lunch together at the picnic tables, and the weather made it a beautiful day to remember. ☀️🍁 We truly appreciate the experience and would love to come again next year!”

“We loved our time at Wargo’s Pumpkin Patch! We picked strawberries, and they took us on a tractor ride to pick them. The strawberries are so good and pretty! We enjoyed snuggling the baby goats, and spending time with each other. It has a relaxing, clean, and fun environment. My Mom was happy to get some local honey at their farm store. We will return in the fall, when their other festivities begin. Wargo’s also has a Christmas tree farm. The family who owns this place are incredible, and they do a lot for others in the community.”

“Definitely a great experience, the people there are so nice, the options for kids to do are really fun and my 3 year old loved every bit of it. I absolutely love my peanut pumpkin , it was 13$, the wristband was $20 for all the amenities and a extra 5$ to add the flower garden and cut whatever flowers you want to make your own bouquet. Plus the food to feed the animals is also covered in the $20 wristband. My baby is 3 and she was free free free!!!! We will definitely be back soon,”

“We've been to Wargo's for several years now, and it's always been great. Each year they find ways to add something fun and new! It's the perfect place to take littles - you can feed the animals, go on a hay ride, get lost in the corn maze, and they even have a little putt putt area now! Lots of spots for beautiful photos, gorgeous pumpkins, and a cute little shop too. *side note, the porta-potties are RIDICULOUSLY clean* Definitely a place for fall family fun!”

“Lots of fun for the whole family. It is a bit on the pricey side if you want to do more than 1 activity but my daughter had a lot of fun.”

“This place is super fun! We've been two years in a row now! Their pumpkin bread is my favorite and I've gotten it every time I've gone.”

“We had a great time! Great for toddlers! The farm was perfect!”

“Good pumpkin selection. Decent prices on locally farmed pumpkins. Corn maze was a sad path. Would go back for pumpkins. Not the other activities. We took the pumpkin pictures at a different location, pictures are only to show the pumpkins. The large orange ones were $20 a piece. The yellow was $15, the small orange ones in the front was $5.”
