“Being new to the Peach Festival scene 2023 compared to two years ago (2022), I have to say 2023 was unbelievable! Peach related items everywhere! From pies and ice cream, to smoothies and many more peach flavored desserts. I definitely got my fair share of peach flavored goodies! A huge campus to walk upon, with many activities for the whole family and a large food court. They say there will be two food courts this year along with many more vendors/activities! I can't forget to mention the car show! It was so big and attracted so much attention to Romney that there was a line of cars backed up for approx. 3 miles both ways, Saturday! If you had a bad experience in the past, I recommend giving it another chance! Hats off to the men and women and local businesses behind the scenes, making it happen!”

“This was such a neat experience in downtown Romney WV last year (2023)... they have it all... footrace, parade, queen, great food and peaches, music, crafts and a puppet show. We even lucked out on a Saturday night where the brand new local high school in Keyser put on a fabulous play "Into the Woods", that was as good as a Broadway play. We'll be going back again this year for sure!!!”

“I loved the peach festival! The local craftsman with their home made wares were all awesome. I also enjoyed ALL of the food vendors, (several times). I have found out the festival will be in Ft. Ashby this year at the Mineral County Fairgrounds. I am really looking forward to attending the festival in the new venue.”

“Romney has a great peach festival. Peaches & foods, cold drinks. The best part is all of the local vendors selling their crafts & other goods. Lots to do for the kids as well”

“A pleasant afternoon, but expected to see more peach-based foods. Specifically I looked everywhere for peach pie or peach drinks. No luck. The town is really nice to walk around and the antique car show paired with the festival was a lot of fun.”

“Well when Lantis & I arrived at the festival on Saturday afternoon we walk in & had to pay a dollar each. This was a peach festival, well I was NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL,there was only one booth that had peach pies,& I did find out that the pies were delicious, then they also sold peaches by the bag. There were NO OTHER vendors selling other peach food, no peach cobbler,no pastries, there was peach smoothies & that's it.There were food vendors what ever you crave they had it ,there were alot of craft vendors, alot of the craft vendors too pricey for me.I have been to other festivals & they are not that expensive price wise.I did buy a really cute glass jar of honey which the honey was delicious.I did check out the peach festival t-shirts they were selling, now mind you I don't mind paying twenty or twenty five dollars for a t-shirt,but the ones that this vendor was selling the t-shirts all of them were so thin you could almost see thru them.If your going to sell t-shirts at least buy good t-shirts.I was very, very, disappointed with this peach festival.OH I WILL NOT GO TO THIS FESTIVAL AGAIN.THIS FESTIVAL WAS A JOKE.I CAN'T WAIT TILL MY 2 FESTIVAL'S ARE HERE,THE FIRST & SECOND WEEKEND IN OCTOBER.NOW THEY ARE FESTIVALS,THEY DON'T COST A PENNY TO ENTER.”
