Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Wisconsin.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“OMG! This place is to die for! They have gluten free options. Today was GF pumpkin bread French Toast! So GOOD!! The omelet was perfectly cooked and well stuffed. The bacon is thick and perfect! I mean this is a little chewy and salty. I mean this is some of the best bacon I have ever had. My husband got the apple pie stuffed French Toast. They bake their bread on site and everyone was raving over the rye bread. Sadly I can’t have rye (gluten) Be sure to ask for the apple jelly it is delightful! Order the apple cider (also made here) it is so good. This is one of the best breakfasts I have ever had!”

“Favorite and best place for breakfast or brunch. This place is the epitome of farm-to-table. They produce so much of the food and have specials with whatever is in season (today featured a number of rhubarb options). The portions are plentiful and prices are very reasonable. It is a little out-of-the-way, but so worth the trip!”

“The food is wonderful and the coffee hit the spot. The Omelette Supreme cooked well with lots of veggies. Yes we would eat again. The coffee, yum. The pancakes are heavy the taste is good, the applesauce sausage is very good. We sat upstairs and the view over the apple orchard was beautiful.”

“food was SO good. the apple dipped and stuffed options are very unique and the local supplies for dishes is a perk. everything was priced very reasonably. there was about a 20 minute wait when we arrived but had no issue waiting it as there was plenty to do or see in the meantime!”

“ABSOLUTELY Delicious 😋 We as a family highly recommend this place for a great breakfast. It's a must if you're ever in the area. Plus, the store is pretty cute, and all the animals make it fun for the kids as well. Something for everyone to enjoy.”

“Food was fresh and excellent. The coffee was amazing. The apple cider was the best I’ve ever had, the jam and toast were very good as well. All around we really enjoyed this place, the cafe and walking around and seeing all the animals.”

“Honestly one of the most wholesome Wisconsin breakfasts I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Everything was a local as can be, homemade, and positively delicious. I think the bacon was the best I’ve ever had. Love the environment. Thank you!”

“Amazing Food and atmosphere staff was very friendly.”
