“I bought a pound ground beef about a month ago just to try it out. I wanted to see if there was a REAL difference between Wagyu and Angus...let me just say that I was not disappointed. I made hamburgers with it and I couldn't believe how juicy, flavorful, and tender the burgers were. I had two burgers left over so I reheated them the following day, expecting them to dry up a little bit and lose some flavor, however, I couldn't believe that it was still just as juicy, flavorful, and tender as it was when I ate it the day before. I was a skeptic at first, but after this trial purchase, this company has earned my business.
