“This is a unique and charming winery. The setting is lovely with a gorgeous outdoor patio area. You can sit under a trellis covered in grapes. Stroll down to the pond and watch the Llamas grazing. Go indoor in the their tasting room for a flight of wine. There is a boules playing area. There are grapes growing nearby. There are even a couple Moai statues near the vines. The kids found the area fun to hang out in. The wine tasting can be done indoor or on the patio. The wine selection was quite good and the pour are generous. Price of a tasting was $20. Parking is free and there is lots of it. There is food available. We got the cheese and cracker platter which was very good.”

“Amazing experience here on July 4th our wine sommelier her name started with an M was very personable. We walked in with no reservation and she was welcoming us. Even when it started to get busy she still made sure to pour our next wine on the list of tastings and the description. I love that you can purchase a bottle and it covers your tasting cost. The grounds are really nice to chill out and relax. Pet friendly is a plus since we’re traveling with our babies.”

“Had the most amazing time here. The view from the their back patio with the alpacas will keep you coming back. Their Rose Pinot Noir was one of the best wines I’ve ever had. Also, the $20 tasting fee is waived off if you buy a bottle. The staff was amazing. The veggie sandwich from the food truck was one of the best veg sandwich I’ve had in the US. A must visit!! Can’t wait to go back.”

“The winery is my favorite winery period! The staff is so kind and so knowledgeable about the wine. It is a family owned winery that works hard to be approachable with great wine. Also the price of their wines and wine tasting is incomparable. It is dog friendly which is so great! So bring your own food or check out their new food cart addition. 1000% recommend a visit here.”

“My partner and I did a tour of Oregon vineyards with our pup, and we both agreed this place had the best atmosphere! The interior design and the decks and garden/lawn are all beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed all the wines and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Plus the alpacas are adorable!”

“Such a delightful experience. Staff Tommy and Elaine were lovely and informative. The wine was tasty and the environment was perfection. Not pretentious, but elevated still. Having a glass of wine and playing bocce with alpacas in the background was kind of a spectacular day.”

“Had a lovely tasting here on a very hot day. Our server was delightful and knowledgeable. All the wines were nicely made. The patio is a comfortable place to sit, even on a warm day. Highly recommend a visit here in the beautiful Hood River valley.”

“Wy’East Vineyards was on our list of places to visit and we are so glad we did! They have a fairly large indoor tasting room, but I can’t imagine it gets used that much due to the abundant, gorgeous seating that’s available outside. There are seating arrangements under a trellis of grapevines, seating nestled in the garden off the deck, and plenty of seating for couples or groups on the deck. It’s a very peaceful, chill place that had a variety of very tasty wines. We should know we tried 2 different flights. There’s a flower garden you can pick from, but this late in the season they were mostly picked over. Did I mentioned THEY HAVE ALPACAS?! Just a note: they generally don’t have food trucks during the week, mostly Fridays-Sundays. So call ahead.”
