This fee was never mentioned initially, which felt misleading. The company claimed that if the delivery service didn’t refund the ice box fee, they would personally refund me double the amount. I suggested that they cover the cost up front so my order could proceed—but they refused. I then requested a refund for my order, which was also denied, with nothing more than a “sorry for your inconvenience.” As a customer, I was left with no real recourse and ended up losing my money. This is a terrible business practice, and I hope others don’t have to learn the hard way like I did. I genuinely hope karma catches up with them.”
