“Very bad experience. There was too much wait time, extremely slow service, and on top of that, very poor customer service. Some items from our goat meat order were missing. When we got home and checked, instead of meat, they had packed and sent throwaway portions. When we called, they first said they would deliver the missing items the next day. The next day, they asked us to drive one hour to the owner’s home to pick it up. We agreed to all of this because we simply wanted what we had already paid for. However, the owner kept changing the pickup time and responded rudely. In a normal business, if staff make a mistake, we escalate to management. If management fails, we go to the owner. But when the owner themselves are irresponsible and not trustworthy, the only option left is to avoid the business entirely—and that is what I am choosing to do.”

“Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I was told all parts of the goat would be included, but several parts were missing when I checked later. This is misleading and unacceptable when selling meat. They are also seriously understaffed, even on weekends. Only two people working caused wait times of over 5 hours, even if you arrive early. I usually go to Brook Meadow Farm in Pennsylvania, and after this experience, I would much rather drive there than return here. I would not recommend this farm.”

This feels dishonest and misleading. Transparency and trust are extremely important when selling meat, and unfortunately this place failed badly in that regard. I would not recommend this farm based on my experience.”

“I had a very disappointing experience. I accidentally left part of my goat meat on the farm, but when I called back immediately , they said it wasn’t there. They also weren’t ready at the time they had promised. Very poor customer service—be careful.”
