“Great local orchard, located partway up Mt. Graham. Extremely scenic location. The orchard is well-tended and very popular locally. They have buckets for picking. Check their website for ripening schedule. We went the 4th of July weekend this time, when Saturn Peaches were in season. They have ripe fruit throughout the summer and early fall. Prices are a little more than the grocery store. Our peaches were $2/lb, and we picked 19 lbs in less than an hour. Remember you're not just buying fruit. You're buying an experience and memories. You're buying local. And any you pick that are half-eaten by bugs, you'll probably put the good half in your mouth instead of on the ground or in your bucket. There is nothing like tree-ripened fruit that's still warm from the sun!”
“This was such a cool place!! We didn't even know it was on the way up Mt Graham!! This orchard is celebrating 100 years of family owned and operated this year. And the apples were the best!!! The apple smell was just delicious!!! We could even smell them in the truck!!! You get to go out and pick your own!!! It was amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!!”
“The fun is getting there. The trip up Mt.Graham to the orchard is beautiful. There's a pull off on the way up with a creek. The hosts are great and so is the orchard dog Odie. The peaches and apples 🍎 are delicious. Definitely worth a trip up the mountain.”
“They showed closed when we arrived, but welcomed us in anyways. We came hoping just for apples and were able to buy cider, peach jam and go harvest 14 pounds of apples! Such a great time. Everything was so delicious!”
“I was amazed with the orchard. It's a beautiful little hidden gem where you wouldn't expect a apple orchard to be. I plan to go back every season. The owners are very friendly. Great experience!”
