“We stopped by a few weeks ago on our way home and wished that we had known to stop here first. The staff was great - very helpful and knowledgable. To the reviewer who was upset that they did not have cell service to look something up for you when you are hours away from home - really? How is that in their control. I do not expect the staff here to know the conditions in the entire country - that just makes no sense. Last week I sent an email with a question and not only did I get a response, but the person took the time to take several pictures for me of the item and the tags - ABOVE and BEYOND! We went yesterday and ended up buying four more items based on the helpful woman who assisted us - she even took the time to look up options on her phone when they had not gotten in the one item that she had in mind for us. Service here is excellent, kind and helpful.”

“We have used Annie's not only for our yearly flowers, but our mulch, decorative rock, river rock, renting equipment for the garden, always great products, great service, plants, trees, flowers always look great, always fast and friendly while loading our truck and never scimp! Love this little orchard and the friendly workers!!”

“Very nice nursery. Service, however, leaves quite a bit to be desired. Asked employee about how certain trees would do in a specific region of eastern Washington that is drier than Clark Fork. She didn't know anything and didn't attempt to find out (and it's information that is fairly readily available on the internet but my phone did not have service). I bought a couple things but had a completely underwhelming, unfriendly experience which is not what I expect in a small town like Clark Fork , Idaho. Had a very different experience next door at their antique store. Woman was friendly, helpful, fun and we spend a little over $100 in there in felt very good about the purchase and the experience. Overall, I'd probably rate the nursery as a two and the antique store is a five and give it a combined average of 3.5.”
