“is developing dense commercial centers in urban areas illegal now? i thought this area was a suburb. i understand the owner wants it for JHU and not residential usage, thats fine...but why would a $10 billion dollar science center exist here? what kind of traffic is about to be coming here now? i like how bethesda is able to maintain its commercial zoning along 355,270 and a couple E/W roads like democracy blvd. yet when u get norther to the suburbs its completely okay to just build dense commercial campuses all over. we need to build denser closer to DC, not the other way around.”
