What you can pick

In October, check what’s currently ripe before you go. Seasons below are typical windows for Oregon, not a guarantee for this exact farm.

Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Oregon.

  • Check whether this stop is a stand, orchard tour, or full farm experience before you arrive.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“Nice, healthy and good sized plants at an affordable price. We got a fig tree and multiple berry bushes and strawberry plants. All but the fig have been starting to produce, but I blame the late season cold snap for the fig, not the plant itself. It came back though! They remembered me when I came back for more plants and asked how stuff was doing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reasonably priced, local plants. Will return next season to fill out my berry patch even more!!”

“Very knowledgeable and helpful. Bought several perennial edible plants/trees and fresh apples. Plants very healthy and incredible prices for their size. Apples were honey crisps and delicious; lasted a long time. My kids loved them and they made awesome pies. Would definitely recommend. Takes EBT. Call before going to ensure availability. #Support small businesses”

“Awesome local nursery… bought some honey berry plants and they did great this year. My daughter ate two bushes worth of berries and the plants are going strong! Will be back!”

“Has a nice variety of fruit bearing perennials. Very good prices. Man running the shop was rude. Property is a bit messy. Only accepts cash. No checks, debit, credit.”

“**Review of business not product***Will amend with review of product after I try*** OK so here's the thing. I stopped for peaches based on an ad I saw and I wanted to support local farmers. I have yet to try the peaches so I will come back and amend review accordingly. The farm stand is out someone's garage. There are plants and trees around the property but the produce is in the garage. Which is dark and stuffy. The man who helped me was nice but I was advised I couldn't go inside the garage without a mask, which is fine. He said he would get them for me and put his mask on that was very very very dirty. I am not in the habit of judging but your representative is an extension of your business. If he is wearing dirty, very dirty, clothes and puts a mask on that is very obviously soiled, it does not look good for your business. It was already pretty sketchy buying fruit from a garage but add in an unkept employee, it made me want to just say nevermind and leave. I didn't and hope that I made the right choice. The peaches do look fantastic.”

“I loved this place. They always have good things. But come to find out the "owner" is a grump and a slave driver. The past few times going there the owner has either made me feel uncomfortable, coming outside screaming at the nice guy "I'm gunna start shooting" talking about the chickens but I had my hand ready to go. This time I'm waiting and waiting to see what's taken so long. the guy came out yelling that the nice guy under charged $1 and he needs to run my card again ect. Over $1. It takes so long to run a transaction in the 1st place. I'm not happy with the "owner" he needs to stay inside and let the nice man handle things otherwise there will be no customers.”

“CON ARTIST! This place sold me $75 of mealy, pithy dry peaches and refused to make it right. BUYER BEWARE!!!! "All Sales Final" although they don't explain that at the time of purchase nor is there a chance to taste the fruit. There would have be no way for me to tell the peaches had been mishandled at harvest until they were cut into. What a terrible way to do business---not standing by the product you sell. NEVER GO HERE!!! It's so sketchy!!”

“Very strange set up. It’s like a private residence with a garage and a rude sketchy guy that sells fruit from a cooler in the garage. They advertise their fruit as ripe but we made the mistake of touching a peach and the guy then barked we had to buy the whole flat. So you can’t see if it is ripe before you buy it. I brought it home and was disappointed with It. I would not recommend this place.”
