“We have not visited Big Jim Farms but we have taken a couple of classes now and highly recommend these as a nice way to spend a few hours learning some fun and interesting things to do in the kitchen. Today we really enjoyed learning how to make Chips and Salsa with Sierra. She guided us to the garden and described what we should gather to make our own salsa. It was such a pleasant experience getting to pick the very freshest ingredients and then turning those ingredients into our own personal jar of fresh or fire roasted salsa. Sierra was not only very knowledgeable but she was very engaging and patient. Thanks for a pleasant Saturday morning of learning..”

“the salsa making class was such a wonderful experience! i think we each paid $40 after tax for our tickets, and the 3 of us all agreed that it was more than worth that amount. yes, it's $40 salsa, but the experience, the sunshine, and the atmosphere was unmatched. i'm very excited to attend other classes that they host, big jim farms has made a repeat customer out of me!”

“My husband and I attended the salsa and chip making class. We got to pick our own ingredients so everything was fresh. Also, we learned the process of turning corn into chips. We got to press the tortillas while the instructor cooked/fried them. At the end, we got to eat what we made! I recommend the salsa making class with Big Jim Farms.”

“Amazing evening at the Harvest Dinner! The entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. Every course of the dinner was delicious! Kudos to the Chef’s! The wine pairings were spot on. The misters helped with the heat while the sun was blaring. The shade over the table helped as well. Worth every penny. Definitely a must do.”

“It is a cute place to go. Doesn't take long to go through. People have booths selling their stuff. You can do a hayride out to the fields for $5. They have pumpkins available at the front to pick from. It's fun for the family.”
