Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Wyoming.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“🤠🤯 How have I missed this place till now. Just out for an afternoon stroll, and we stumbled on this gem just down the road from The Creek, Swift Creek Trading, that is 🤠🔥 Hung out with Ben (Yeah, he is the other Bronco fan - #denverbroncos. Forgive him, Father, for he knoweth not lol🤣🤣) But seriously, Ben and his family are beautiful, and it comes through in the curated artistic expression of their retail experience. We walked away smiling the way we do back at The Creek. 🇺🇸We salute @blueribbonbarn for their work to improve our Valley one #smallbusiness at time.🇺🇸 Go take a visit. #supportsmallbusiness #supportcommunity #supportlocal #buylocal #communityovercompetition #cottagestyle #blueribbonbarn”

“Driving back from Yellowstone in search of coffee for the long trip home. We stumbled on this spot just off the highway. Amazing products and service. I highly recommend stopping by for a drink and stimulating chat with the owners. Don’t forget to pet the dog!”

“Adorable local shop full of homemade goods from local farmers and ranchers! Cowgirl salsa was delicious and the fresh coffee hit the spot! While there, they were setting up their autumn pumpkin patch and hayrides!”

“Visiting from California. Easily the best place to get coffee near Thayne. I wish we had discovered this place sooner. Great coffee and baked goods. Friendly cats and dogs roaming the property as well.”

“Just popped in on our way down to salt lake city. Was greeted by two sweet cats and enjoyed a lovely chat. The coffee and honey is so yummy. So happy we found this place”

“Come in for good conversation after a long drive and good coffee. There are 2 cats in the shop and a portable toilet at the back if needed. Very pretty cute shop.”

“Jan, Greg, and Ben are delightful. Great coffee and conversation. We sure hope they continue to grow and are successful.”

“Small business in a barn selling a selection of plants, local foods, coffee, some baked goods, jelly, salsa, etc. Some items are at good prices, others kind of expensive. Very friendly. Plenty of parking.”
