“This was not a planned trip. A friend and I were driving the country roads back to Chicago on the 4th enjoying the day when we came across s sign to Blueberries of Indiana. We decided to stop upon arriving we were greeted by Owen who explained everything to us. We grabbed our buckets and headed out to start picking. The blueberries were plentiful and if you picked the ripe ones they were sweet and juicy. I did not pick a lot as this was not a planned trip and I was not dressed to be blueberry picking. We will be back!”

“We had such a great time today! Our family, with a toddler, enjoyed Blueberries of Indiana. There were tons of blueberries to pick from and they were so affordable too. You can grab a bucket for free, and you just pay at the end for whatever you pick. Person who was running the place was super kind and let us know where the best ones to find were. We’d love to come back!”

“Such a great place! They have tons of areas to pick and over 100 varieties of blueberries! We arrived early to beat the heat and had plenty of space to social distance during this time but still get out for some fresh air and fruit! If you plan on having a picnic there are only a limited number of tables on site. No bathrooms but outhouses are on site.”

“We loved our morning at Blueberries of Indiana!! The owners were as nice as could be, the blueberries were plentiful and delicious, and we LOVE that we could find an organic blueberry farm in the area. This is a MUST for your Michigan/Indiana itinerary.”

“The girl that was working was super sweet and helpful! Very nicely kept. This is was our first experience with this type of thing and we had a wonderful time. I underestimated the enjoyment that my ten year old son would get out of it!”

“A very nice place to go with a family. There are shaded picnic tables and shaded area for outdoors fun. Unfortunately, the blueberry plantation was rejuvenated so plants are small, crops are not as they used to be, and blueberries are small and not sweet. On the positive side, the blueberries are significantly cheaper than at Mike's farm.”

“Disappointing 4th of July Experience My mother and I drove over an hour to visit Blue Berries of Indiana because we genuinely love blueberry picking and thought it would be a fun way to spend the 4th of July. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. There were barely any blueberries available, and the few we did find were small and very sour. It felt like a complete waste of time — something we definitely would’ve avoided if we had been given a heads-up about the poor picking conditions. This wasn’t the experience we were hoping for, and sadly it put a damper on our holiday. We thought if we came early it would make the difference, I guess not.”
