“The Bluberry Farms Partners own many hundreds of acres on Hwy 421, across from Richard Switch Road. They host extremely loud parties outside for their field workers several times a year. These parties start in the late afternoon and continue until midnight -or later. They are having one tonight. Their drums and the bass beats from their tubas are so loud that my dogs were too terrified to toilet in my yard this evening. It is 11:13 pm right now. I am sitting in my bedroom and, even though I am hearing-impaired, the annoying sounds from their instruments are reverberating through my house. I have no legal recourse. There are no county noise control laws that apply. So I am posting this complaint and a low review on the company in the hope that one of the owners or senior managers will remedy the situation. I will also be asking friends, family, and neighbors to join me in boycotting produce from their farm and encouraging others to do the same.”
