Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in North Carolina.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
  • Payment notes on file: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, VISA. Cash still helps at smaller stands.

“Blueberry Grill restaurant is undoubtedly my favorite spot for breakfast. While vacationing in Wilmington, NC, it quickly became my go-to place for breakfast every day! They offer an incredible breakfast variety, and the outdoor atmosphere is super cozy with an amazing view, even featuring a fireplace to keep us warm on cold days. Our server, Annabel, was a delight—super helpful and very polite, making our mornings extra special! The coffees at Blueberry Grill are delicious, with impressive presentations, but the flavor truly stands out. They also have a variety of delightful cocktails to suit all tastes. Their pancakes and French toast are out of this world—fluffy and succulent! There was a 10-minute wait, although it might take a bit longer on Saturdays and Sundays, usually around 20-30 minutes, but the process moves quickly. I highly recommend Blueberry Grill for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic breakfast or lunch experience!”

“Blueberry Grill never disappoints 💙 From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing brunch. The service was friendly, fast, and attentive the entire time. I ordered the eggs benedict with chorizo, black beans, cheese, and hollandaise sauce served with seasoned breakfast potatoes — and honestly, it was AMAZING 🤤✨ Everything was packed with flavor, the portions were generous, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The potatoes were perfectly crispy, and the combination of flavors was incredible. The coffee and drinks were also fresh and delicious ☕🫐. Definitely one of those places you’ll want to come back to again and again. If you’re in Wilmington and looking for an amazing brunch spot, Blueberry Grill is a MUST 💯”

“This place is AWESOME!! We joined the wait-list (I recommend doing that) about 10 mins before arriving, wait-list said 20-30mins with 29 parties ahead of us, we arrived and waited about 10-15 mins and were seated. This place has it all, atmosphere, food, specialty coffee, drinks and much more. It has inside and outside seating and tons of it. It noticed a party of 15 come through and was seated in their larger table seating. Food was 10 out of 10, zero complaints. Our wait staff was great, friendly and attentive even though they were packed. Cost of food ranged from $15-$25+ per plate, along with $10-$15 for appetizers. Top-tier experience here, I highly recommend! I do recommend getting onto the wait-list before coming!”

“Everything about our visit was incredible! The food is absolutely delicious and the beautiful scenery just puts it over the top. I ordered the Creole Atlantic Seafood omelette . The combination of sautéed shrimp, crabmeat, spinach, and roasted red peppers topped with hollandaise and that crispy cajun panko was phenomenal. Perfect balance of flavor and texture. My wife got the Bananas Foster & Walnuts French Toast, which was insane. The flambéed rum sauce over the challah bread with the candied walnuts was rich and decadent. Fantastic spot with great views. We will definitely be back!”

“Perfect place to start out a beach vacay! The restaurant was packed so we jumped on the waiting list. There was a bit of a wait, which was to be expected as it was right before noon. There were shops as well as a little path with beautiful scenery. There were chairs and benches scattered throughout to use while you wait to be called. Once called back we were greeted with smiles & outgoing personalities. We sat outside at the bar. The weather was perfect. The food & drinks were perfect. The service was perfect & it was a genuinely perfect experience! 10/10 would recommend!”

“We went here close to their closing time and seeing the full parking lot, we were nervous that we probably won’t be served. But we were! No wait time! And the service was pretty quick, great music to go along! Now let’s talk about the food. Blueberry hush puppies- GET them! Sweet breakfast foods- they definitely temper the sweetness so you can savor the taste not overwhelmed by sugary sweetness. The mocktail was a cherry on the top, very refreshing and again, not as sweet as could have been. We’ll be back to try other items on the menu!”

“Great first-time experience! This place was highly recommended by locals and truly a great atmosphere for brunch. Great food options - you can go traditional or try something new! I got the "Breakfast of Champions" since I believe you get more bang-for-your-buck with this plate! ($18.95 before tax & tip, and that french toast is HUGE!) I sat at the bar and the bartenders were friendly and serviceable. Starts getting busy around 9:00am, so come early if you can!”

“Blueberry’s Grill was a decent breakfast spot. The food was average overall, but still enjoyable. I ordered a skillet and it was pretty decent, but for the price I feel like I was expecting more. The wait staff did a pretty good job, especially considering how busy the restaurant was at the time. The atmosphere was nice, and the service was friendly. That said, I did feel the pricing was a little high for what we ordered. Overall, it was an okay experience, but somewhat overpriced for an average breakfast.”
