Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Florida.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“This farm is a hidden gem. Kinley is so knowledgeable and knows her stuff. I love supporting small businesses because they work harder than the people just collecting a paycheck with an attitude, which is what you find at Home Depot and Lowe’s. I got a bunch of macadamia trees and they are thriving thanks to Kinley’s help. Thank you so much for your kindness. I see where the lady, Kat Davis, left a negative review. She kills the tree and has the nerve to blame the farm she bought it from. I noticed she gives negative reviews to the majority of her reviews. It’s a shame people smear small businesses because they are miserable people. She fries the tree with fertilizer and then blames the farm. These kind of people shouldn’t be allowed to tarnish a good business due to their failures. Just admit you messed up and move on.”

“Great communication with Gabi Marcos via Facebook, and very good prices. I got two varieties of crotons I hadn't seen anywhere else, plus liriopes and Aztec grass. The nursery doesn't have that "industrial" vibe that many of the other nurseries in Plant City do. It looks like a graden, but you don't pay the boutique nursery prices, which is great for beginner gardeners like myself. I will be back.”

“Amazing people on a beautiful property. Thanks to Kinley for all the help!”

“Awesome selection of plants 🪴”

“Many different types of flowers .”

“The plants were beautiful but only a child spoke English and had to wait for "daughter" to come and show how to pay with debit card.”

“Nice trees🌳 I am looking forward to having macadamia nuts in the coming years….Tree hasn’t grown an inch, looks terrible”

“Bought 2 trees. One lives, and one is dying. Reached out for help to salvage the dying tree. No response for weeks. Had to chase down response. No warranty on trees. There is no reason one tree would live, and one would die while they've been treated exactly the same. Heard about other trees from Brackins dying after my situation. Buyer beware here. Reply references fertilizer, which was a very extremely dilute moringa solution. It's hardly a fertilizer. And again, BOTH trees treated EXACTLY the same. Owner using excuses, of course, having to save face. Bless her heart.”
