“Wow. I don’t even know where to begin. Celeste Farms is such a special place of community. The land feels sacred, the people open, welcoming, inclusive, conscious. There is so much attention and thought devoted to the wellbeing of all. Everyone I have talked to who has been here feels it too. There are the obvious draws; veggie-forward delicious food, saunas and ice plunges, yoga and sound baths under the barn, ambient music, prairie, wild flowers, kind strangers. I used to dream about a community of people, a village, outside at night, being together in meaningful ways, celebrating connection. And just like that, here it is.”

“2/16/26 - Pretty cool place. My sister in law wanted to check this place to possible book for her wedding. When we got there, they told us to go ahead and walk around. We got to see the land, and even the chickens & some pups. They had a small menu to order which I got the soup of the day and some tea. The soup was so good. It was smoked chicken, red cabbage, and beans in chicken broth. I really enjoyed it and the flavors were nice and rich with the smoked chicken. They also had a spa event going on while there. I hope we will get to come back soon.”

“So amazing. We went for the field spa for an hour. We loved the space and the community feel. The vibe was lovely. Perfect music playing and great time of day for the experience right at 4pm. We stayed for the "supper" and loved every bite. We also tried the CBD drinks and dessert for a perfect date night. We could feel our nervous systems unwinding and resetting. Highly recommend 10/10.”

“Great dinner! So happy to be seated with a full table of localvores that truly appreciate Celeste for the dynamic, yet relaxing atmosphere it is. 7 minutes from Church Hill is a breeze! Can't believe Celeste Farms has been so close, this whole time, and I had no idea. So excited that they are open to the public and can be your very own retreat at a moment's whim.”

“This was my third dinner at Celeste Farms, and it’s incredible every time! I recently attended their new series, Community Supper: Hibernal, which had a more casual vibe with a family-style dinner. Afterward, we checked out their new Field Spa, featuring a wood-fired hot tub, barrel saunas, and cold plunges—the perfect way to wrap up the evening.”

“I had my first visit to Celeste Farms tonight, and while the experience had some bright spots, it could have gone a bit smoother. I received a call the day before saying they were changing things up and no longer sticking to the reservation system, just show up and get a plate. I still arrived around my original reservation time, but the staff seemed pretty frazzled after serving a large party of 30. I asked for my plate to be brought out in about five minutes, but after waiting half an hour with no food, I had to go find it myself. That said, the food was pretty good; definitely fresh. The biscuit could’ve used a pat of butter, and the rice was unfortunately overcooked and mushy. Celeste Farms is a beautiful venue with an interesting concept, but they’re clearly still working out some kinks. I’d go back for the Celeste dining experience and to give them a second chance.”

“Booked dining experience for my 23rd anniversary on July 17th. They require pre-payment. Dinner plus tip for 2 is $300. Despite a natural disaster and severe health warnings from officials, they refused to cancel or provide a 100% refund or credit. The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality issued a Code RED Air Quality Alert across The Richmond Metro Area, for Fine Particulates. I contacted them several days in advance to voice my concerns, in an effort to limit their likely loss around the event, and be able to reschedule. They stated a desire to wait, it turns out until 3 hours before the event, maximizing the financial impact of the decision on their business and their customers. While they offer a 50% future credit, I was forced to decide between dining in a natural disaster vs being out $150. Ironically, those who tipped more lost out on more money. I contacted them to address my concerns, and they ghosted me. They do not insure their events, so in the event of a natural disaster, your pre-paid event (Wedding, Business event, workout, dinner) is your responsibility and you will be out your money. Book with caution. Do not pre-tip.”
