What visitors say

14 reviews on file · showing 5 visitor notes from the listing data.

“There is some confusion between the housing area and the farm. These are two seperate entities. The farm personnel and staff go above and beyond on growing vegetables and strict adherence to operating a clean farm. They are always in need of volunteers to help with day to day operations.”

“The Non-profit is a great opportunity and unique benefit to the community. It would be a significant improvement to have signage out on the highway to help people get there. Both Apple and Google Maps have issues directing people to the location.”

“I am writing to let you know Cobblestone Community needs attention. I helped a friend move to the community in July 2025. It was beautiful and seemed peaceful when she moved in, it felt like a fresh start. I recently helped her move out. She wanted to wait until her lease was up, but the stress was too much for her. The neighborhood is so loud night and day. The neighbor above her and the neighbors around her play loud music, sometimes all night. Neighbors are fighting and shouting obscenities all night. People might bang on or kick her door during the night. The neighborhood is littered with garbage including food scraps. Dog feces also surrounded the apartment. Ultimately, she was afraid. She could not rest or eat, due to the stress. She had no peace. She made management aware of the problem, though that was terrifying because of the history of retaliation. I advertised and hosted a community party along with a small group of women. We served hot dogs and played games. The children had fun and the adults that attended expressed a desire for community. They indicated they thought there would be more community opportunities when they moved in. Most of the residents fall into one of two groups: 1. Those who are making life miserable 2. Those who are tormented. This neighborhood needs help.”
