Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Colorado.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“We went for the tulip festival. The only downside for this event was weather, was very windy. Didn't get pictures of the tulips because we were too busy with the animals they had. We purchased the tickets well in advance and we were hoping weather was going to play nice. When you book online you get a discount of 2$ per adult. If you pay at the location it is $10. Bring some cash to feed the animals!! It is $1 per item they give you to feed! I love that they have this! Next year we said we would just go when it is nice and pay the extra $2 at the location.”

“Tons to do here! So great for kids, especially 10 and younger. Jungle gym, bouncy blow-up, tube slide, and corn pit are our favorites. Cornhole for bored parents while the kiddos monkey around. $50/person season pass is worth it if you plan to go a handful of times.”

“Had a lovely time with our little family. My kids are 12 & 14 and still enjoyed it this year. Room for improvement would be to include a pumpkin with purchase. It was about $80 for a family of 4 just to get in plus $4-5 a pumpkin. I would have also loved to be able to buy jugs of cider or local produce. Lovely staff and experience overall though.”

“This place was so fun! Good for younger & older kids!! This place was huge! The only issue I had was the online prices are different than when you get there. Pumpkins are not included with your admission but they were good prices and had all colors and sizes!!”

“I should have read the reviews... this is not a pumpkin patch. They buy their pumpkins from the same place all the local grocery store do, and then just pile them up the same, and they are the same price. The animals are cute!!! And yeah, this is mostly for kids. Although 20$ for kids aged 4 and up seems pricey if you bring out your kids and their friends...”
