Cool Patch Pumpkins

“The corn maze was AMAZINGLY huge! I would never get in there without a map. Even with the map in hand, it still took us almost two hours to get out of it through the shortest route, with a few breaks at every bridge. There were four bridges total in four different colors that connected different parts of the maze. It's really fun if you love orienteering, or imagining which part of the graphic on the map you were walking on, but it's not for everybody if all that they do is just following someone through piles and piles of corns until they start singing "corn fields forever"! The good thing about this place though is that there are other cool features for different age groups. The corn bath in particular was surprisingly fun for us. It was built for kids, but many adults like us found it very relaxing to dip in or to lay down on it. Very relaxing like laying down on a gigantic bean bag, especially after the exhausting hike through the corn maze. They also had pumpkins on the vine, not on display like in many patches, if you go there early in the season. We were happy to pick one fresh off the farm for only five dollars. One more plus about this place is the food. The tri-tip sandwiches were surprisingly good. Don't expect restaurant quality sandwiches, but we appreciate the soft and smoky flavored tri-tip in a remote farm. Portable parties were the only thumb down for us but that's the same at every pumpkin patch. If anything, I'd say this place was not as "pretty" for photography as several other patches. We were quite impressed by all the fun features in Three Nuns and some patches around Halfmoon Bay last year. Overall, I'm glad that we were able to make it here at least once.”

“The world largest corn maze, and ticket is 22 per person in 2025. I think the price is adorable, especially compared to the experience there. I took 1.5 hr to get out. The multiple circles in the maze is more difficult, because it’s hard to tell how long have you walled in circular ways. In addition, for this year specifically, the human figure in the last area is more difficult. But still very enjoyable! A small hint, they have some markers on the ground in case you totally lost. I personally recommend to start around 5:30pm, so you can experience both day and night. Walking in a maze at night has more Halloween feeling, but please be careful.”

“I feel Cool Patch Pumpkins is the best corn maze in Northern California. It's such a staple for the college community that it's our UC Davis TSA traditional go to spot during Halloween! Tackling the maze after dark, around 8pm is an hour long, challenging experience, so definitely bring a flashlight. They close at 10 PM, so be sure to get out of the maze before that time. The entry fee is $22 per person, and they will provdie you a map upon entrance, and the the bridges are marked as checkpoints. If you are able to reach the checkpoints, you will be fine!”

“What an amazing experience! Completing the world's largest corn maze was both fun and challenging, and it felt incredibly rewarding to reach the finish line. The maze was well maintained, easy to follow, and provided a great adventure for families, friends, and anyone looking for a unique outdoor activity. The staff was friendly, the grounds were clean, and the entire atmosphere was festive and welcoming. This is a must visit fall destination and a great place to create lasting memories. “This was my first time ever doing a corn maze and this was soo much fun! I completed this with a partner and decided to take the maze section by section with two maps, one person completing the maze, the other navigating. Communication and patience is a must! It took us over 90 minutes to complete and I would definitely do this again. Have water! They do provide crayons. Bring a hat! I personally wouldn't do this with a large group and loved the fact that the maze wasnt overcrowded. Great experience overall!”

“Amazing experience I have done this with my family two years in a row. The line for tickets only takes a few minutes it's priced at 22 per a person for tickets with kids 5 and under free. The maze is a legitimate challenge. Do not try to wing it, you will regret it. It can get hot out in the field so come prepared to walk, for the heat and to know how to solve a maze and you will have a blast.”

“Never had been until this year! Enjoyed walking through the pumpkin patch & taking some pics! Didn’t get to experience the corn maze itself bc we have a 3 year old, planning on taking my step son next year! Overall, great family fun for all ages and they’re open til like 10pm for just about a month, month 1/2 straight ending on Halloween!”

“Came here back in October. The maze is pretty cool, though the map is difficult to follow. Took me and my girlfriend about an hour and a half to find our way out. The pumpkins are pretty nice but I think they're a bit expensive compared to stores and other places you may acquire one for the season. Overall I think this place is worth a visit.”
