“These strawberries are the sweetest. They are ripened on the plant by the sun so they don’t last. This is the way strawberries should taste. I find most strawberries from supermarkets tasteless because they are not picked at their peak.”

“The produce here is mostly good and it's cash only. However, I noticed after April the strawberries I buy here start going bad within 24 hours. I raised this with the attendant there and asked for the freshest ones. Still, within 24 hours they started to get dark, mushy, and some even showed signs of mold. I tested this with other local farmers markets and that was not an issue. I kept them in normal refrigerated conditions. On the bright side, the people here are friendly and they also sell cherries ,blackberries, and some jams. Overall good if you go at the right time when the fruits are fresh.”
