“This is our new go-to for U-pick apple picking! Our family looks forward to apple picking every year, but many of the other U-pick spots we’ve tried have felt over-picked, over-crowded, and over-commercialized. We were so excited to find Cornerstone Orchards this year. It’s a beautiful and friendly working farm, and the kids loved wandering the massive orchard - picking some the largest apples I’ve ever seen anywhere. And the variety and flavor of the apples were incredible.”

“This is where we went apple picking this fall, and it was fantastic! It wasn’t crowded, and we got to spend time in their peaceful, beautiful orchard. It was such a nice contrast to the other places we’ve been. There were so many different varieties of apples, it was fun to explore all the different kinds. The owners were so kind and let the kids feed the chickens and see the sheep that help tend the lawns all around the orchard. This is definitely our new spot!”

“Firstly, I want to say that I love Cornerstone Orchards’ products. I think they have the best apple cider hands down in WNY and their apple cider syrup is delicious. I’ve only ever seen their products at the Lexington Coop or farmers market in Buffalo, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have a shop, U-pick, and/or We Pick You Buy up until November 8th. I tried calling the number on the website to see if credit cards were taken and to make sure they were still open, but no one picked up. I called maybe 45 minutes to an hour later, and again no one picked up. Moreover, I tried going on the social media accounts that are linked on their website to gather some information; but unfortunately, they rarely post on their social media pages. Seeing as they advertise as an orchard that has a brick and mortar setup, I figured I’d make the drive out there to get some apples, cider, and syrup. I tried calling again once my GPS told me I arrived; because I didn’t see anything except for the orchards that would indicate a shop, or a U-or We Pick store, but was immediately sent to voicemail. When I finally found their location, it appeared to be their storage facility for deliveries. I asked one of the workers where the shop was located for guests to purchase the cider and the we pick, you buy apples, but he seemed to be a little confused. He was kind enough to help me out by trying to contact someone who he hoped could have answered my question, but when he called they sent him directly to voicemail as well. I’m not really sure where the disconnect is between what’s advertised on their website and their actual setup, but it was beyond disappointing to find out that none of the aspects advertised on their website site seem to have been actualized.”
