Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Michigan.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

What visitors say

32 reviews on file · showing 8 visitor notes from the listing data.

“I came to Michigan to visit a friend and suggested we pick blueberries. We landed on this place simply because their opening day was the day before everyone else and I’m so glad fate brought us here! This is a no frills blueberry farm but for us that was perfect. My five year old wasn’t over stimulated by big crowds and was able to focus on picking blueberries, and he absolutely loved it. If you are looking for extra things to do, stop by the market across the street where there is a small playground and games available. We had such a great day and will be back.”

“We have picked here for years and love it every time. It’s a tradition! Delicious blueberries, Super friendly staff, bushes brimming with fruit! Make sure to visit the market across the street and grab a blueberry muffin. May be the best you’ve ever had.”

“What a wonderful experience to be able to take your loved ones blueberry picking during season. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed making pancakes and pies for our efforts.”

“Great selection amd very friendly staff! Can't wait to visit again!! (Blueberry white chocolate chip cookies are amazing!!!)”

“Fast loading 20min tops plenty of space to removal”

“Store is lovely, lots of nice blueberry products. Two young gals who were working did not seem very well trained and one of them was short tempered with customers. We also bought a half a peck of peaches which were bruised, very watery, with no flavor. We ate one and threw the rest in the trash.”

“I wanted to love this place, unfortunately the young man at the counter was licking ice cream off of his fingers while handling customer food. And when I provided gentle feedback that licking your fingers while working a food counter is inappropriate, he got indignant and defensive about his behavior. I probably wouldn’t eat the ice cream from this place again.”

“Got cut off by a truck from this place. All they had to do was wait three seconds and then there was no one behind me to worry about, but no, they decided they had to go right away and made me slam on my brakes to avoid hitting them. Screw their truck drivers and screw them.”
