Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Michigan.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“Great orchard experience. They have lots of different apple varieties to choose from. You can grab a bag(multiple sizes) and walk up and down the rows of trees to pick your own, or you can fill up a bag inside their store area where they have lots of good looking apples in big crates. Our family picked our own and had a great time. It wasn't nearly as crowded as other local orchards, so we weren't fighting for space. The trees all looked healthy and had lots of apples to choose from. The kids loved being able to pick their own fruit I noticed they had a separate building for cider and wine tasting but we didn't have time to explore that today. The friendly staff was very helpful and explained bags/pricing/varieties/locations/etc. Super easy and fun experience. Great for families looking for a new orchard to try. I know we'll be back for sure!”

“We loved the orchard and the apple picking experience! The owners are so helpful and showed us right to where we could pick the varieties we were most interested in. The trees are young so people of all ages can easily reach the fruit. Plus they encourage sampling the delicious apples so you know exactly how fresh, juicy, and delicious the apples will be. They also have a cozy "tap room" where you can sample a variety of hard ciders and wines which we quite enjoyed as well. Right now there is construction on the bridge next to the farm so come up from the south. The construction materials make it look like you can't turn down the road since one lane is blocked. But everything is still open and accessible!”

“Listen, I've always been a caramel apple fan, but I did not understand how much I LOVE THEM until I had one from Damouni Farms. It was not just a delicious apple (honey crisp, I think), it was the caramel. It was exquisite! That caramel coating was so thick and luscious, and best of all, IT DIDN'T STICK TO MY TEETH! I thought this was just a fluke, by my husband said the same thing. We not only devoured the apple, we went back for another for later. The royal red honey crisp apples by themselves are on point, too. Great apples, nice people. I'll have to try the donuts next time. Will definitely be back!”

“Omg, I can't say enough good things about this place! Pumpkins, humongous apples, mums, and more! And at fair prices, imo. It has a more adult vibe, which I really appreciate, as there is a hard wine and cider tasting area, but there is also a bounce house & hay rides, if you're into that. It's just such a cute place! The staff is sooo nice and accommodating, shout out to Diana for all her help! This place is a hidden gem! We absolutely loved our visit! 🍎🍁🍂”

“Outstanding local orchard featuring cider, donuts, pumpkins, mums. They have a large variety of apples that you can pick or buy pre-picked. There is a hard cider tasting room with outdoor drinking and dining and room for a band. A fall festival was going on when we were there so there were games and rides and a craftshow. We bought baking apples for $20.00 a bushel and made the best apple sauce!”

“I was looking for a local orchard to grab some hot cider and fresh donuts with the family and I came across this place. It was a really nice place with lots of friendly helpful staff. The donuts may have been the best I have ever had. I had a flight of wine which was great. I thought the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely go back again.”

“Second year coming here. Best prices for the biggest pumpkins! They have fresh veggies and fruits and oh my the best freshly baked Apple Cider donuts ever! We usually go in the weekends for just donuts and apple cider! Budget friendly in everything they sell.”

“Cute little local Apple orchard and cider/wine place! Will definitely be back. Everyone was very kind and welcoming.”
