Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Connecticut.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

What visitors say

“We visited another local orchard today and left empty handed because their apple trees were all rotted. I decided to try our luck here and we were not disappointed! The staff was super helpful and informative about which picks would the best. I liked that they have three separate bag options with flat rates. And most importantly, their trees were gorgeous. The apples looked healthy and each row was clearly labeled. They also have a cool looking corn maze but my kiddo is terrified of those so we skipped that part, but it looks like it’s a good time! We will be heading here for our apple picking every year now.”

“Best place for apple picking. Prior to Corona, they also had the best trailer rides. This year they are offering a corn maze. They have many varieties of apples, including my personal fave, honey crisp, which are sweet and delicious right off the tree. Great family place and we go there every year.”

“Lots of apple varieties and the orchard was not a far walk. You buy a bag, get a picker pole, and you're off! I think they also had a corn maze, although we did not have time to do that. They had some produce for purchase in their farm stand. Their port-a- potty was the cleanest I have ever seen.”

“Lots of varieties of apples! Plenty of apples still available late in the season. Friendly! Corn maze also available.”

“It is a fun place to go with the family and pick apples. There is a small petting zoo and a place to take pics.”

“Great place! The owners are very kind. Nice corn maze ans tons of apples. Thanks guys!”

“Nice and lovely farm. Time for peaches, nectarines and apples. 2025!”

“We use to go here all the time and pick apples and peaches. Last fall we went to pick apples. Knowing that the apples did not have a good year we asked the owner how they were. She said very good. We got the big bag and went to pick them. It took us over 2 hours to almost fill our bag. I refuse to go there anymore. We now go to a different farm that are honest and do not lie.”
