The facility is gorgeous, the apples and cider are superior, and the pastries (seemingly mostly available on weekends) are like little bites of autumn. It more than deserves its five star rating.”

“Great cider from actual cider apples that were actually ripe (not heat pasteurized). Fantastic heirloom apple varities. They have red fleshed apples that i love and also zodiac apples. It has that sweet small town charm i remember from orchards as a child. Plus you pick pumpkins. Will definitely be back!”

“Went recently to the open house. You changed the date. Big mistake!! I brought a friend. No vendors, no food, only music. Then inside you had one young man at register. No one else. I wanted to see the old Doud orchard vibe. Always appreciated the little description/info tags for each apple. Enjoyed looking at the bee colony. All you are now is a hipster destination. Was very, very disappointed. Not all “old” things are bad. Probably was my last trip to Doud Orchard.”
