Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Colorado.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“Last fall I got pumpkins for Halloween from here. The pumpkins were a great price and they had a good selection. I stopped by the farm stand this weekend and was impressed by the selection. They also had beautiful flower bouquets for sale. The owner was very helpful and let us know what would be available in the upcoming weeks. I would definitely recommend stopping by.”
“Stopped by this farm stand today. Met the owners and they're very nice folks! They had a good selection of farm fresh produce, farm grown flowers, local honey, freeze dried goodies and baked goodies. They will also have a pumpkin patch in the fall. Prices were very decent for farm fresh products! Will definitely be going back!”
