Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Colorado.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“O M G!!!!!! The pumpkins are the biggest pumpkins i have ever seen at a pumping patch!!! We all had a great time in the 2 corn mazes they have, shooting the monster targets and then picking out our pumpkins. The pumpkins were incredible. They were not an exception being so large, they were the norm!!! We had so much fun and all the staff were super helpful!! We met the owner and he was incredibly kind and grateful for everyone stopping by !! His daughter was super sweet too!!! Love this family business!”

“Family had a BLAST here! There is so much to do. I was thinking we'd spend maybe an hour here but we were walking out almost three hours later - and only because kiddo needed his nap, there were still activities we hadn't gotten to. BEST pumpkins around, all shapes, sizes, and colors. We came towards the end of October and there were still plenty to choose from. All the staff here were so warm and friendly. Can't wait to come back next year!”

“My boyfriend and I went on Saturday. We pushed through the cold but it was fun! We only did one corn maze (cause I was freezing) and then went and got pumpkins! The owners were super nice and it was reasonably priced! Definitely will be coming back and recommend anyone in a budget this is the place to go! They also had a little hotdog stand with cocoa and stuff I believe!”

“Great local pumpkin patch. The activites won't compare to the large places but the pumpkin patch is free to get in and the pumpkins are very reasonably priced for their size. We did do the activities and the maze was a fun game. We live right down the road and will visit again.”

“No food or drinks available. Bring water. Outhouses only. We were there just before Halloween and most of the pumpkins were rotten. Still, we found a few to bring home. However, the maze was FUN! The corn cannon was a hit, and we liked the tractor rides. We had a good time and didn't spend more than 2 hours there. Bonus: inexpensive and we went on a moms are free day. The kids had a great time and there was just enough to do that 2 hours was the perfect amount of time.”
