“With some sadness joined with pleasure, I just enjoyed my last slice of Hummingbird Bread with my morning coffee. I stretched this delicious experience by freezing the loaf and cutting just one slice at a time, but, still, I arrived at the end. Nothing quite rivals home cooking, and the Floyd's create their products (breads, pickles, relish, and more) in their own kitchen. That's why I froze this loaf - it had no preservatives or artificial anything, with the ingredients clearly printed on the label. No surprises. The label also states it's made in a home kitchen and not inspected. As I gaze at my empty plate, I know I'll be on the lookout for Mr. Floyd and his basket of delights. My Hummingbird Bread is gone!”
