“Foothills was amazing for our wedding–all of our guests were raving about our flowers! We had an entirely outdoor wedding in our backyard with my mom’s water sculpture as our centerpiece for the ceremony, which Sarah helped us frame with a beautiful ground altar. I sent Sarah a Pinterest of both this water sculpture and my earrings/gown/mismatched bridesmaids’ gowns after deciding on going with “brights” for October, and she really perfectly matched her seasonal selection to all of it–she truly has a beautiful eye for combining what seasonal flowers she has available with whatever colors your wedding will feature. She was also super generous with having me visit her farm a couple times to see the vase selections and flowers in real life. Sarah is just a joy to work with and her flowers are honestly so naturally perfect it almost seems otherworldly! They barely wilted even weeks after the wedding. It felt great to be able to use a floral farm that has natural, seasonal selections, particularly as someone who partially grew up on Route 20 just nearby. Before finding Foothills, I was either seeing wedding florists that were obscenely expensive or very artificial/tacky–Foothill was the first florist I found that had natural, seasonal arrangements without an unrealistically high cost. I also learned that, when working with a florist, you are kind of taking a leap of faith that they will make arrangements that fit your personal style on your wedding day–Sarah executed on this perfectly and then some! I can’t recommend Foothills Flower Farm enough if you are looking for seasonal, beautiful flowers that won’t break the bank!”

“Foothills flower farm bouquets are amazing! I needed a little pick my up in the end of my week. Messaged Sarah and picked up bouquet that evening from her beautiful farm and Instagram worthy flower stand! Drive out to the farm was so scenic! My husband said I thought you don’t like fresh flowers. I don’t like store bought generic flowers, which these are NOT! Picked up bouquet on Friday evening (15th), today is Tuesday (26th) and still have some beautiful fresh flowers! Most of them lasted over a week with changing out fresh water each day and adding flower food which Sarah provided. My husband asked if the flowers were fake or why they were lasting so long. I just signed up for the spring and fall CSA subscription they have and I am so excited to get beautiful flowers weekly to enjoy! Thanks again Sarah! You can definitely tell all the love and hard work that goes into these flowers.”

“Sarah and the Foothills Flower Farm family did an extraordinary job with our wedding flowers! The flowers (boutonnieres, bouquets, buckets of stunning dahlias, zinnias, and lush greenery) truly made our day so special and we're continued to enjoy them for days after the wedding. My husband (Ben) worked on a flower farm in Bloomington, Indiana for a number of years, and truly appreciated the design and craft that went into each of the bridal bouquets. We've both spent quite a bit of time admiring the level of detail Sarah put into her work. Would highly recommend and feel so lucky to have supported such an amazing local flower farmer!”

“Sarah at Foothills Flower Farm did an absolutely fantastic job on my wedding flowers! She was able to turn the wildflower vision I had into reality and created stunning bouquets for my maid of honor and me as well as boutonnières for the guys. I also ordered two DIY flower buckets to make my own table arrangements. It was so fun putting them all together! I picked up my flowers on a Friday, and the flowers I kept in water were still bright and perky even on Tuesday. Thanks for the beautiful flowers Sarah!”

“We booked a flower pickup session and it was a fantastic experience! Sara the owner warmly greeted us and explained how best to fit as many flowers as possible into a jar. The garden is beautiful with a variety of flowers…you are free to pick any flower you like until the jar is full. She then wraps them for you, all for $25! All in all a great experience that we’ll be happy to repeat 🙂”

“My friend and I attended the Foothills Flower Farm Fall Design Workshop on Saturday evening and had a wonderful time. Sarah was a wealth of information on flower cutting and arranging and I really learned a lot. The dahlias really were stunning and I love the arrangement that I made. Sarah and her husband Pete were welcoming and I would highly recommend a workshop.”

“I reached out to Foothills to see if they could put a bouquet together for my Mom, whose mother had just passed. I live out of state but Sarah worked with me to arrange everything remotely and she was kind, patient, and communicative during the entire process. The flowers were beautiful; just what my Mom needed.”

“Loved the pick and design workshop. Sarah offered a great tutorial and it was such a fun, creative, relaxed environment to practice floral arranging. This environment is especially welcoming for anyone who is a beginner.”
