“I have hosted Thanksgiving for over 30 years and this turkey is the BEST we have eaten!! My guests¹ raved about the incredible taste, succulent and tender meat. I cook my turkeys in a 325 degree oven without basting. A good bird needs no extra fuzz just time to cook evenly. I only season and use olive oil for skin browning and crispiness. It cooked to perfection. More importantly, Colin Schwartz was so easy to talk to and informative with my initial questions. My intention is support local farmers and businesses. I will be serving a Tilman Turkey every Thanksgiving!!”
