Henley's Orchard

“Not sure where to start! I love this family and how much they have grown the 4/5 years I’ve known the orchard. From the festivals, cider, apples, and familiar faces I see each time … it’s amazing! Best ever is the fresh pressed apple cider that you can’t get any fresher. The fall festivals include apple picking, pumpkin picking, hey rides, music in their new events center, and a cool little pony ride station. While chiles and Carter mountain is close by go to Henleys for the true heart of crozet and cville!!”

“Nice little outlet for families. One horse to give short rides, goats, barn with Disney movie playing, c20 minute hay ride, corn hole game, hot dogs and burgers. The Apple orchard was picked clean on Oct 23rd 2021 because it was so popular this year. They still had FRESH Apple Cider that was the most delicious I've ever had! Hard cider and other drinks. Also a selection of vegetables and pumpkins for sale but no Pumpkin Patch. Very nice outing!”

“I contacted Henley’s Orchard for a special surprise birthday party for our daughter who is obsessed with pigs. They made it happen for us in the best way - they brought pigs down for us to enjoy right in the barn. Every person we interacted with there was so helpful, kind, so easy to work with, and felt like family. And the barn and orchard are both incredibly gorgeous! It was a day we will never forget! Thank you, Henley family!”

“Nothing fancy or pretentious here at Henley’s Orchard but the prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly. Masks were required at the barn which we very much appreciated. They had pick your own apples but we decided to just buy apples that had already been picked. They also had freshly pressed cider but we didn’t have a cooler on this 85 degree day so we decided to pass.”

“Excellent place off the beating path! Stopped to get apples, found using google maps. Good assortment of apples, pumpkins and flowers. Very friendly people and offered everything they have. Prices were good on their apples and cider, that's All I was interested in. Recommend stopping by if you're traveling by and want some apples, eggs or fresh meat.”

“Amazing assortment of apples, lots of varieties. Came on a weekday without knowing it was cash only, but the owner kindly waited for us to run down the road to an ATM. Got some delicious cider as well. Great people and place.”

“This spot has potential! It’s conveniently located right outside of Crozet, great for passerby’s but they do not accept card. We were really hoping to try their wine and support local but don’t carry cash. So bring cash! Fruit looked fresh and they had a variety of potted plants; perennials and annuals.”

“Cute smaller orchard. Friendly staff and delicious apples but we didn't realize that apple picking was done for the season, so we purchased some of their prepicked ones. There are alcoholic beverages, snacks and some food. Also for the fall festival they have pony rides and a hayride as well as a small playarea for kids. There was a couple playing music as well. If you are nearby nice place to go not sure I would make the hour and a half drive again.”
