“This is a great 100+ years family owned farm that really specializes in quality meats. Their homemade vienna sausage in lamb casings are incredible, as well as their cherry Bratwurst. The family who owns and operates the store are also welcoming and friendly, and opened up for my wife and I despite it being after hours.”
“Cooked the best ham ever today from Gallagher’s farm market. Struggle to find ham that is not full of preservatives and sodium. Flavor and tenderness was amazing. Highly recommend and will be purchasing more meat from Gallagher’s.”
